Karla Rivero Valles is a Packaging Senior Manager at Procter & Gamble with experience in packaging and manufacturing of brands such as Mr. Clean, 9 Elements, and Bounce. At P&G, Karla is a member of the Hispanic Network and developed programs and events for the community at the Tabler Station, West Virginia manufacturing site. Karla has also participated in engineering and business recruitment efforts at the University of Illinois and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), of which she has been a member for 10 years.

Karla obtained her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree and minor in the Hoeft Technology & Management Program in 2018 and is currently pursuing a Master in Business Administration degree at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. During her time at Illinois, she was a leader in organizations such as SHPE, Grainger Engineering First-Year Experience Program (GFX), and Engineering Council. 

Karla is from Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. She is passionate about mentorship and coaching, intersectionality in STEM, and mental health.
