Patricia Santoyo-Marin is a nationally recognized leader in equity-centered policy development and systems building with more than 20 years of experience advancing inclusive practices and strengthening outcomes for diverse communities. Most recently, Patricia served as Deputy Director for Diversity and Inclusion at Illinois Central Management Services, where she partnered directly with the Governor’s Office and led statewide diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across more than 50 state agencies. Previously, Mrs. Santoyo-Marin served as Director of Diversity at multiple colleges and universities, was invited to present her work at Harvard University, and collaborated with the United States White House. She holds a self-designed undergraduate degree in Latina/o Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership for a Global Society from Northeastern Illinois University. Patricia is a proud daughter of Mexican immigrants and a native of Chicago's southwest side. |
